Return Policy
Our return policy is 14 Days return from delivery date. However,
For Unopen package/ the return reasons – Dislike, Unsuitable, Change style or color, No longer needed/wanted, bought by mistake etc., there is a 15% restock fee, but the minimum charge is $3 per return.
For the hair products already used, track cut, re-styled, colored, bleached, we don’t accept the return. All returns must be in the original conditions.
If you would please be so kind as to return all the items in their original package. Once we do receive said items back at our facility, we will process the return and have a refund of the purchase price issued within 2-5 business days.
